Responsible for performing HR generalist duties and provide administrativesupport for the following functional areas: Recruitment, Employee Relations,Employee Leave, Training and Development, HR Audit, Travel Desk, CompanyVehicles, Job Database, Asset Management and Inventory etc. in order to ensureeffective and efficient operations

Additional details for Applicant

JobAccountabilities:

1. Responsible for organizing and scheduling interviews and technical tests of candidates.Assist in conducting pre- selection interviews for eligibility for a smoothfinal selection by Line Managers with regards to entry and mid levelcandidates.

2. In charge of monitoring and maintaining the training calendar and incarrying out the administrative arrangements in connection with internal &external training activities; Ensuring that training evaluations are in placewhen due.

3. Assists with the administration of various HR activities and processes suchperformance appraisal and employee development programs, ISO Audit, EmployeeInduction, End of Probation, JAFZA transactions, etc.

4. Responsible for effectively recording, maintaining, and reporting CompanyAssets issued to employees such as Company Mobile Phones, SIM Cards, CompanyLaptop and Company Vehicles. 

5. In-charge of monitoring Company Leased Vehicles and coordinate with therespective Rental Company regarding regular vehicle service and maintenance,accident reports, replacement vehicles, registration renewal, etc.

6. Responsible for maintaining and accurately updating the Employee LeaveDatabase and ensuring that Leave Application Forms are approved by LineManagers and are submitted by employees in a timely manner. 

7. Responsible for conducting monthly audits within the HR Department to ensurethat all documents and databases are updated in a timely manner and report anynon-compliance observed so corrective actions can be done.

8. Manage the travel desk and ensure travel tickets, hotel bookings and visasare arranged in time for employees planning to undertake visits to foreigncountries for official business purpose. 

9. In charge of regular checking of the Job Database and filing resumes inrespective department folders. Inform if there are any relevant resumes thatcan be considered for current vacancies.

10. Handle front office duties in the absence of the receptionist.
