Business Development Manager

  • Selling software services to domestic India, Middle East and US clients
  • Engaging clients in FTE (fixed term equivalent), T&M, Project mode and permanent staffing
  • Database preparation, cold calling, lead generation
  • Making strategies to drive online traffic to the company website using SEO techniques, Keywords tools, Google display ads, LinkedIn ads and blogs, etc
  • Lead generation using online forms, cold calling, LinkedIn and personalized automated mass mailing. (Used Mail chimp for mass mail automation)
  • Client need analysis and requirement identification
  • Face to Face or Skype meeting with clients and presenting our services portfolio
  • Proposal creation, case study creation and presentation
  • Pre sales activities, bidding, proposal submission on job portals like Guru, Upwork (earlier Elance and Odesk)
  • Coordination with technical teams for POC and deliveries
  • Deal closure, account management and payment collection
  • Mentoring team members for achieving business target.
  • Developed sales partners (consultants) in Middle East and U.S.
