Customer Service-International Voice Process

  • Coordinate with internal departments to clarify client issues, investigate and implement solutions.
  • Convince and motivate clients to continue their business agreement with Pathway Communications.
  • Identify strategic opportunities to the design, change and implement ?best Practices? approach.
  • Lead and/or participate in project teams to investigate, define, document and
  • implement processes to achieve process and quality goals.
  • Manage projects to ensure cross-functional participation, proper communication, timelines followed and successful implementation.
  • Communication with key stakeholders on progress, status reviews and post reviews of key projects.
  • Provide recommendations and guidance to other departments on process issues, as well as, representing the Process Team to all other functional areas potentially affected by a process change.



  • Business or Commerce degree or Technical degree.
  • knowledge of ISP technologies and processes an asset.
  • Process/workflow management and improvement.
  • -Effective problem solving, organizational and multi-tasking ability. 
  • Critically analyze and document process and workflow defects for improvements.
  • -Involvement in system and process monitoring and improvement.
  • Ability to create and maintain effective working relationships within the organization.
  • Demonstrated leadership. -Ability to create and maintain effective
  • working relationships within the organization.
  • Superior verbal, written and interpersonal aptitude. Must be able to influence and reassure clients through strong communication, listening, facilitation and negotiation skills Well-developed presentation skills.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Windows-base software applications including Visio, Excel, PowerPoint and Word. Action-oriented and able to work in fast-paced and demanding environment with conflicting priorities and fluctuating deadlines.

 Saturday and Sunday fixed weekly off.
